"Must Haves" for the City/Country Kitchen

I have been snooping around other blogs for the last couple of days. It's a little disappointing how many blogs are out there. There isn't a single topic of interest that is unique to one blog, but there is some seriously funny stuff out there folks. Another thing I noticed is that some of the "country/city-life" blogs have a lot of stuff to sell. Not cheap stuff to sell, but expensive, fancy stuff. I like Real Simple magazine (from Martha "you might be a redneck if you went to prison" Stewart) as well as the next gal, but I also know that when I am at my country place things seem to get covered in mud and dirt. I just can't see using that $59.00 French Provencial tablecloth from Williams Sonoma in my country kitchen. So, I am doing you country girls a favor (and maybe you city girls too) and I am putting up my three "must haves" for the city/country kitchen. Here goes...

City Girl: Turkish Tea Towels...set of 4 $240 dollars on GOOP (Gwyneth's website)
Country Girl: Set of four dish towels purchased at Food Lion...$9.99
City Girl: Shea Butter Handsoap....Williams Sonoma...$25.00
Country Girl: Palmolive Dishwashing Liquid (forget those dishpan hands!)...Food Lion...$2.99

City Girl: Countertop Composting Bucket....William Sonoma....$79.99
Country Girl: Mop Bucket with a pie pan to cover the top....Food Lion...$3.59

That's it ladies...get busy shopping!
